yeah i am busy i am always busy and my family want a special poem from
me for Thanksgiving

what is everyone doing ? i am baking and cooking getting ready for the
family stuff and taking care of my son who is getting better and i
wanted to say once again Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your families everyone

The vows I take will be forever:
I'll love you all my life.
There's no part way, no holding back
Once we are man and wife.
The choice is made, and now I swim
In a far different sea,
The shores of which are bright green hills
Raised up for you and me.

Our love is like a mountainside
Awash in lovely flowers:
It is our home, our solid rock,
Where all bright things are ours.

And though of need we often must
Spend our days apart,
Our love will always be with us,
Held within the heart.

I feel it now, so strong and free,
So part of every breath
That it must live--I swear it will!--
Even after death.

IF I KNEW

If I knew it would be the last time
That I'd see you fall asleep,
I would tuck you in more tightly
and pray the Lord, your soul to keep.

If I knew it would be the last time
that I see you walk out the door,
I would give you a hug and kiss
and call you back for one more.

If I knew it would be the last time
I'd hear your voice lifted up in praise,
I would video tape each action and word,
so I could play them back day after day.

If I knew it would be the last time,
I could spare an extra minute
to stop and say "I love you,"
instead of assuming you would KNOW I do.

If I knew it would be the last time
I would be there to share your day,
Well I'm sure you'll have so many more,
so I can let just this one slip away.

For surely there's always tomorrow
to make up for an oversight,
and we always get a second chance
to make everything just right.

There will always be another day
to say "I love you,"
And certainly there's another chance
to say our "Anything I can do?"

But just in case I might be wrong,
and today is all I get,
I'd like to say how much I love you
and I hope we never forget.
Tomorrow is not promised to anyone,
young or old alike,
And today may be the last chance
you get to hold your loved one tight.

So if you're waiting for tomorrow,
why not do it today?
For if tomorrow never comes,
you'll surely regret the day,

That you didn't take that extra time
for a smile, a hug, or a kiss
and you were too busy to grant someone,
what turned out to be their one last wish.

So hold your loved ones close today,
and whisper in their ear,
Tell them how much you love them
and that you'll always hold them dear

Take time to say "I'm sorry,"
"Please forgive me," "Thank you," or "It's okay."
And if tomorrow never comes,
you'll have no regrets about today.

rambill it is ok and i do understand i am over weight but i have had a
rough year and if you knew what i had been through and u would see at
least i am not as big as i use to be and i am doing the right thing by
losing it

Rambill why should i let what you say bother me i have been through
alot more than that in my lifetime and i have bounced back so why should
i let what you say or anybody else say bother me because i myself know
what kind of person i am u dont so all i got to say is i would rather
have you doggin on me because all that does is make me seee that i am a
stronger person then what i was SO THANK YOU

well Fanta i would rather have a chevy to but my dad and mom got me a
ford LoL i am sorry i am not in a good mood tonight have to much going
on as usual and i am sorry i was in a good mood i at least won my poem
contest in entered and that made me happy

well i am not letting his comment bother me because i know i am
overweight and the reason that is is because i was in an accident in
2005 and i was laid up for awhile i am back and that picture was a while
back and i know i am a big person but i am changing it i have already
lost 52 lbs and i am happy about it and Fanta i agree it is in the eye
of the beholder

Don't remember how it happened,
Can't remember when.
Somehow you went from being my email buddy,
And became my best friend,
I know that we belong to others;
I'm not the type to cheat.
So why when I read your words,
Does my heart skip a beat?
So here I am, unsure of what to do;
The only feeling I am sure of, is my love for you
