Article I, Section 8 reads, "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes . . ." That means the president has no taxing authority.

Presidents can propose or veto taxes and Congress can override vetoes. The bottom line is that all taxing authority rests with the U.S. Congress. The next time you hear someone condemn or praise Bush's tax cuts, ask them whether the Constitution has been amended to give the president taxing authority. well has it ?

1. They hate Bush and love Clinton and they think that Bush stole his first election from Al Gort also known as “The globalist Robot”. These people tend to forget that a majority of the country was mad as hell at the Bill Clit-ton administration because he was renting out the Lincoln bedroom to CHINES business men in exchange for cash and favors.

Also these people tend to forget how many nuclear secrets were stolen from our
country under the Clit-ton administration. They also do not understand why Clit-
ton was impeached by congress for lying under oath.
Oh, and they also don’t see what is wrong with a sitting president getting sexual favors from a 21 year old intern in the oval office. Gee he had so much respect for his office didn’t he?


2. They want a free lunch from the government. They do not want to work hard to make it.They are lazy. They also do not realize that the more they depend on government for their security the less freedom they will have. And we all know what happens to countries that our completely controlled by their Governments don’t we?

3. They are people who have been brainwashed by Popular culture and/or Marxist and Communist dope smoking professors/Teachers in our high schools and Universities.

4. They carry a deep seeded ideology that the world is basically good and that if only people would become vegetarians and hold hands we would all be peachy keen with each other.

5. They think that their generation can make Communism work. They think that they are far, far superior to Lennon and Marx’s and Stalin. That they have the secret to “Each According to his needs”.

6. They believe that they can make everyone equal you see? Well everyone except
for them that is. After all they are engineering a new and better way of
implementing communism. So they naturally believe they should be able to
“Live a little better than the masses.”

This crap again? Listen: There is only one right way, the one that works. Simply put, the economic policies you are espousing have been proven to fail every time they have been tried. From JFK to Reagan to Bush, following the Laffer curve has been shown to help the economy.



Is that what qualifies you to take money from other people and redistribute it? Because you "donate your time" you can force others to donate their money, even if they can't afford it or don't want to?
