Hmm...yea cause i don't normally add a ton of salt to my meals and the large breakfast thing makes sense except it makes me sup sleepy after i eat a large breakfast...or any large meal for that matter. I think i will talk to my doc, i've already told him about the fatigue in which he just kinda played it off on my getting older and sent me to another doc that does sleep studies. I think thats an endocrinologist? Anywhoo..idk though a dietician would be a better choice.


Well, your doctor should recommend you to a dietician actually as doctors don't have a lot of knowledge about a proper diet. Fatigue isn't just caused from age; it could be stress or something you are lacking in your diet. I was suffering as well from a lack of Vitamin D and now taking vitamin D. If a big breakfast is too much; then just eat smaller meals during the day. Some people will eat as many as five small meals a day rather than the usual three. I tend to snack during the day but on healthy foods. I find bananas seem to take away my sugar cravings but however that is just me. Our bodies are all different and what works for me may not work for you which is why you need to see the doctor. My best friend has a thyroid problem which affects her losing weight; so a general check up sure wouldn't hurt.


I had my thyroids checked and everything is good in that aspect. Idk why my doc didn't refer me to a dietician and to tell you the truth i didn't even think of asking. I guess i don't know whats all out there...

Idk...i just do whatever i think helps. Like i want to strengthen my arms..i don't really care of they are toned or not i just want more arm strength so i have these bands (like rubber band things but the key is resistance) so i use those...since i don't have any weights aside from ankle weights that i sometimes use when i'm doing my 10 min kickboxing routine. I was following this pilates program and kickboxing program that i found on netflix. I also want to tone my thighs down along with having a completely flat stomach. I don't really have a problem with any other parts of my body. So to tone my thighs down i was running up 10 flights of stairs along with a more lead half mile jog....as far as my stomach well...i was doing crunches and what not but that didn't seem to be toning it the way i wanted. I know i have to change my eating habits to get rid of that lil pooch thing but even when i was watching what i was eating and making sure to stay under my calorie intake i wasn't getting the results i wanted...... -sigh

I vaguely remember that one, but yeah that was good. lol

I actually worked with a guy who looked and acted almost exactly like Dwight. lol

No i haven't..lacking protein would make sense for me also though. I find that i crave meat a lot and i don't really eat it unless its for dinner...but thats only cause i heard that the only fairly large meal should be dinner. I've heard so many different things its nuts.

I've never had a person truly use one on me...thats why i would most certainly fall for someone that actually had the balls to. LoL I luv corny and i luv people that can make me laugh so...

My man is really into the "healthy scene" but i just get these attacks...like i really really want something sweet or something fried...utlimately i do well for awhile along with exercise but something happens one day when i can't get to my workout session and then it never fails...i think ok i missed one day...two isn't bad...and then its downhill from there. I'm struggling with keeping my metabolism high in order to continue my workouts too..it does help to give me energy but not nearly as much as i'd like. Idk..i feel like its an uphill battle. I also get discouraged easily...when i know i've been justin my arse to lose the weight and i see no results i get pissed and just wonder why i'm doing it. Uuuggghhhh i hate getting older. tears

Today is a new day! I've started my "shakes" again and I plan on going an intense workout session later this afternoon. I'm having trouble staying motivated on a more permanent basis though. I do so well for a couple weeks then something happens and i get off track, making me start all over again. Any suggestions on how to stay motivated? I know you just have to keep at it but idk...its just soo hard! I'm also having issues with my appetite. I feel like I'm always hungry and I'm never satisfied...even when i eat. What do i do?

Heeeeelp! Gotta fit my jeans again before i move!

I luv corny pick up lines! Anyone with the balls to use a corny pick up line on me cause they think its truly going to work has automatically grabbed my attention! I like some of the old school ones....but what are some that have been used on you or that you have used on someone else?
