Thanks for your thoughts. I often wonder if you can actually grow to like people whom you did not initially feel the attraction. I have a friend who did not like this guy who acts like a pimp. He was working hard at capturing her heart. She assured me that nothing will ever happen between them...guess what? The last time I checked her FB, pics of them making out were plastering all over her wall. So I am wondering if we can actually fall in love with someone if we give the person a chance to grow on us...But then again, am I living on fantasy land by saying this? It is possible to fall in love with someone with whom you are not first attracted to. If I had my way I would want an Asian man, and I was looking for one. But I fell in love with a Persian man. I gave it a chance and fell in love with him. Why, because he is a very kind person, and when we were together be it public or private he treated me like I was VIP. It is possible, but follow your heart and what makes you happy. |

They don't work, just look at Demi. Just a fad, after awhile they'll be looking for another young thing to attach themselves to. They only way I think women should date and marry a younger guy is if he makes more money than she does, he's willing to spend it on her, he's cute, good in bed, and once it's over she comes out with a good settlement in the divorce. I dated a much older woman once...she left me for a much younger man! Were all the above things in place that I mentioned above? Well I do make a lot of money and I'm wicked good at sleeping in bed so I really didn't understand the problem! Hmmm, maybe it was her. I'm just saying, if there is a big gap in the age difference between the man and the woman he most likely is looking for some woman to support him. Most of the men I've dated have been 5-6 years younger than me, that's ok. But 15-20 or more what could you have in common with each other but a good fling. Some women are ok with spending their money on men and taking care of them. My brother had one.
