or get a power rack (if you have the room) Yeah I have the room. The one that I am looking at retails for 2500 with all the attachments it will take up the entire extra BR but I can get it for $1k. I was thinking if it isn't for me then I can sell it to someone else for $1k....(provided I can find a buyer). Edit: the main benefit is working out when I want. I have a busy schedule at time and don't want to miss a workout because of it.

Ok...putting it out there...I have always believed in God, his powers and the power of prayer. I am not perfect, but I have tried to live my life by doing right by others, being a good person to the best of my ability, etc... In the past month, I have had more trials put on me than I can seem to bare, I often think I am going to lose it. The loss of Jeff, (the whole situation on how that happened), being told my cancer is back, my best friend's brother died (which i was very close to) and now my daughter I fear, is having alot of the same symptoms as I and we need to get her tested.... WHY?!?!?!?! WHY IS THIS HAPPENING ALL AT ONCE?!?!?!?! Sorry I just had to vent...........  Lessons we must learn .. I almost died last year .. and had alot going on divorce .. ect .. was very overwhelming .. it will come into perspective .. soon .. Just Keep Your Faith ..

A nice three mile loop on fairly level ground, but it's a start. I haven't hiked since I injured myself two years ago. It felt really good. I went with MidwestGal66 and we are going to hike again tomorrow after work.
