yep ....the smokey haze is clearing out as the rain comes down.... all in all ....pretty good start to the weekend...
just in for the starter drink of the day....a Singapore Sling.....and I am headed to the Shops to hunt for decently priced steaks......gotta do a BBQ while watching France vs England play for third place in the World Cup, at my friend's place...... have a great weekend everyone ..... |

Watched "Eye in the Sky" story revolves around a Colonel who has to make a decision to order a drone strike , on a terrorist hideout in Kenya ....wow its so complicated....involves studies in colateral damages, and all this is by remote so monitors show the actual pictures on the ground....this is how modern warfare is being conducted ....an eye opener for sure ....worth a watch ...

Ha ha .....just tightening grip on the beer can....its all.
A fairly decent game... England went too defensive , after scoring that first goal.....cant do that on a fast moving Argentina team, especially if Messi is making plays..... all in all an expected outcome . Spain and Argentina will be the game to watch now....come on Sunday!!
