I have a couple of theories:

A) Not interested in anything other than just online friendships so looks shouldn't matter.

B) Married or otherwise attached but looking for an "intimate encounter" and don't want to get busted by posting pictures.

C) Painfully shy and will only trade pictures once they establish a dialogue with someone and get comfortable.

D) Fugly and they just need interaction with people even if it's just online.

Well being in Miami a lot of guys here are obviously tan. No one really needs to know it's not a real tan. Unless you look orange, I don't see anything wrong with it. Then again, we tend to be a bit more open-minded about metro-sexual stuff like that here. I'd say in other parts of the country you'd probably get a little flack for it.

It's called etiquette or manners, not home training. Home training is what you would give some stray mutt. Believe me, I graduated from wizzing on newspapers quite a long time ago. Obviously you are going to go tit for tat on whatever you can to try to make yourself look smarter. You really should just let it go. You are really just coming off as petty and defensive.

Were you being nice when you were generalizing all men and bashing them because a couple of losers that obviously weren't worth your time and energy disappeared? I would think a 45 year old woman with 2 grown children would just move on and take it stride, not create a thread and go on for several pages bemoaning what should be common curtesy in an online message board. Uhhh.. yes I did. If you read *my* post I was speaking on the forum in general. There have been several threads here in the last few days with people whining about various silly things. I'll quote myself since you obviously missed the point because everything is about you apparently:

People = people, not just you.

If you don't want to change or feel you shouldn't have to then don't expect a different result. Obviously it's worked so well for you so far, right? Right?
