It's both encesary and important to be honest, truthful and reliable- not only in relationships and with family and friends, but at work, too. Actually, in most everything. Read some self help books, and study them. Also really concentrate mentally, on follwing the advice in the book. Learning takes time and patience. You can do it, you just have to allow yourself to think so.

Well, they are right in terms of work. You have to obey their rules. But on the same token, they're being unfair, very anti family. I think you should quit your job, and get another one with another, but entirely different kind of business or store.

and how the new employer can know, that you wont leave the new job, too. Some employers or interviewers ask why you left. But I've not been asked that for some time, now. Think of it as selling yourself, figuratively. You want to sell a product, you say everything you can, to encourage the buyer. In this case, though, you want to say everything you can, to encourage the employer.

Here's a good snack for the kids. And if you have left over mashed potatoes, here's a solution.

2 cups dry mashed potato flakes (or left over mashed potatoes)
6 hard taco shells
2 Tablesspoons butter, spread or whatever
1/2 cup sour cream (long as it's not sour and green)
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/2 cup French fried onions
Some taco sauce

Prepapre the flakes according to directions on the box. Warm the shells, mix the prepared mashed potatoes, butter, sour cream, cheese and the fried onions. Fill the shells with the potato mixture, and serve with taco sauce.

Anyone have a recipe that uses butternut squash?

Sounds good and simple, but you don't say what to soak the fish in. Could I use a can of mackerel?
