Writing something to hope in Covid19.

I saw not seven but thousand colors,
Of rainbow in your eyes,
Each as beautiful and bright as ever,
These colors fill my dreams,
Till I see you again,
Wherever, Whenever,
Not for another fleeting moment,
But for something that lasts forever..

Is it my wishful thinking,
Or imagination,
I heard you whisper my name,
Is it possible after so many weeks,
Some sparks between us still remain,

You broke up with me,
A few weeks back,
Before Covid19 started,
A second wave,
And both our countries,
Now facing a severe wreck,

No talking, No contact,
Losing our sensibility,
All over what,
Accusations of imagined infidelity,

If you read this poem just know,
My feelings for you are still the same,
And if you are alone,
Listen to the breeze,
For you will hear me,
Also whispering your name..

Eyes met, we met,
Chat and friendship in progress,
New love, new chance,
Happiness, affection,
A budding romance...

A taste of your lips,
A blush on my face,
Touching your hands,
Melting in your embrace...

So good yet we fear,
What ifs fill our mind,
Should we go our separate ways,
Knowing this connection is,
One of a kind..

Why we been accused,
The atmosphere is getting tense,
Its hard to stay calm,
Nothing is making any sense,

People have started talking,
Getting angry and rude,
Everyone is on edge,
And preaching us about evil and good,

Now we are been taught,
What to do and don't,
The shouldn'ts and shoulds,
Why everyone is acting as if,
We have tasted,
The forbidden fruit..

That's true about rhyming and thank you

I was so lost in my jealousy,
Anger and pain,
I didn't see the effort you were making,
To get us back together again,
Now you are gone,
And I feel so alone,
We were meant for each other,
We were so compatible,
Now I am more forgiving and,
More acceptable,
But is it too late,
Will you return,
I will be waiting here,
Come back if you can,
I know there will be difficulties,
But I will wait for you each day,
There's no one like you,
So we will find a way,
This silence, This distance,
Is driving me insane,
How about we solve our issues,
And start this relationship again?
