I'm alright, stuck in the house all day, but.. life goes on.

I know a guy, but before I met him in person, we talked alot, and became really good friends.. He told me is argo, and snowmobiling stories, told me all about the house he bought.. just everything.. like, this guy is actually so incredible.

So, he asked me if I wanted to go out to lunch, and I said sure, so I met up with him at a restaurant, and to my surprise, he was in a wheel chair.

He said he didn't want to tell me in fear of rejection.

Honestly, it just made me love him so much more.
like, .. if you can decide whether you wanna be with someone based on something they can't help, then I think my respect toward you would lessen.

I can see the advantages and disadvantages, but still.

Also, my grandpa has MS.. funniest man I've ever met.
he's not in a wheelchair, but he does have a walker.

My uncle (grandpas son) also got MS,
it's not hit him hard yet, though.

But, none the less.. even with this,
they're both happily married.
and loved by so many people.

Too see who will spend more money on their significant other, duh.

Valentines is too commercial. No one is trying to make anyone else feel bad. It's a personal opinion expressed by one person, and felt by many others. But, this society has made Valentines day such a big deal that if you are alone on valentines day, then you are for lack of better words, 'an outcast'. If you truely care about someone, you shouldn't show it on one day, but everyday.

I think valentines day has lost a real meaning,
and turned into more of a competition, more than anything.

I hate it, too.
