Mom came home and found out what fifteen year old was doing on computer. Wife checked hubbys' phone logs. Internet went down in Nigeria, again. Someone didn't pay bill at internet cafe in Smolensk. Thirty-five year old bald fat dude living in parents basement needed cash for pizza and mountain dew so went back to driving an Uber. I thought people would think of these funny (but quite real) things. But all in ONE POST? True genius! Also, Eric mentioned the admins killing a scam account. They are so stupid most follow several patterns. They are easy to spot and when I have dropped a line to one of them and I get the "Deactivated" message, I'm just glad others have already reported the person. |

Of course everyone is! It is only a sick and deranged group of Americans stuck with a guilt trip trying to tell everyone that you aren't allowed to be like that. You like your country unless you are filled with programmed guilt. Not necessarily. There are people born in countries which are oppressed. Think of any exodus in history. Some people run in fear from their country of origin. Some people are ashamed of their country of origin. I was proud of the United States. So proud I committed my life, health and welfare to its defense. There was a greatness in it worthy of pride. Recently, that pride has waned to shame. We are belligerent, forceful and narcissistic on the world stage. We force our beliefs on the rest of the world. We demand, prevent and change others to be like us. We enable the same in our allies. We don't even respect our own ideals in-house. Our own government is destroying our national pride. Our unity is fragmented. Personal immediate self-gratification is now more important than national unity. How can anyone be proud of that? The fact that EVERYONE is doing it. (DUH...) Not enough humans want to overcome human nature. The country was founded for the right reasons (best thing going in a barbaric world) and over time, some humans have made selfish power choices there. So nothing is perfect. We already knew that. If you think that is bad, you should see the people filled with guilt and how they try to assuage it, sheesh... (Edited for speeling) |

Everyone shills for something, and the poor folks who shill for socialism or communism find that they left out HUMAN NATURE when they made their brilliant political choices.
History shows that the system they get is foul and is now run by the unaccountable few who now want to make slaves of them. (Make that "SILENT" slaves...) Socialism is for pack mules, although the individual mules start packing less once they feel that everyone else is slacking. Or, as the Russian populace used to say "We pretend to work and they pretend to pay us." I like it right here in the U.S. where we have enough power hungry people attempting to fleece us, but the Constitution makes things happen slow enough that no idiots have been able to tear the place down (yet). However, more than ever before, the populace has been programmed to be in hysteria 24/7. As in "1984," there is a new hysteria every day, and the hysteria of yesterday is dropped and forgotten on cue to be replaced with new hysteria (and sometimes slogans, lol). When you can program so much of the populace that easily, bad things will follow... |
