In response to a question about Gen. Colin Powell endorsing Barack Obama, Sen. McCain said, "Five former Secretaries of State have endorsed me," and then went on to name four of them. As he struggled to come up with #5, he slowly repeated the four and then said, "and one other." About 30 seconds later he blurted out "George Schultz." It was painful to watch. |
