Barry can expect to put on the spot more often, if he's elected President. No telling what he might spit out, if nothing is pre written in front of him and answers haven't been rehearsed. He's won 3 debates against your boy McCain, so he speaks just fine. Sure he did, just like he's going to win the election by a landslide as well. Keep dreaming. In my opinion, Sen. McCain did his best in the last debate, still: "Meanwhile, virtually the entire Frank Luntz focus group on Fox News, which was staged tonight in Miami, said that Barack Obama won the debate. Luntz termed it a "clear majority," but not one person raised their hand when asked if they thought McCain won. Said Luntz: "None had made a decision to support Sen. Obama before the debate, but more than half supported him after the debate. It was a good night for Barack Obama."" So, who's dreaming? |

Funny, if Obama was honest about his affiliations, he couldn't pass a national security clearance either. Really? And what would those be that the republicans wouldn't be smearing all over? Grasping at the straws of desperation. Is your name Test Person? Typical non-answer. |

Learner22...this is for you... Article I, Section 8 reads, "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes . . ." That means the president has no taxing authority. Presidents can propose or veto taxes and Congress can override vetoes. The bottom line is that all taxing authority rests with the U.S. Congress. The next time you hear someone condemn or praise Bush's tax cuts, ask them whether the Constitution has been amended to give the president taxing authority. well has it ? You of course, are correct. Then why all the Republican charges that "Obama will raise taxes?" |

Sarah Palin is not qualified. She is not intellectually curious. I think a desire to learn and know is an important qualification.

IT'S THE FUGGIN' SPENDING !!!!! Yes it is, and until we lessen all of it, it's irresponsible for us to continue the Republican, "cut tax and spend anyway" strategy. Let's start with the wasteful war machine spending. No offense, warmachine. |

This was nothing more than exploitation of "Joe the Plumber" by McCain. When this guy asked Obama the question, Obama answered him honestly. "Sorry, pal. If you go North of $250K, your taxes are going up."

The more McCain and her hero Palin plunge in the polls, the more delusional and hateful QS gets. It seems to be a malady of all the right wingnuts, and it's sadly pathetic.

I was going to vote for Hillary, but when they got this other D in, I studied things a whole lot more, and changed to McCain! Cheers, BB And now "this other D," or "that one" according to John McCain is kicking the ass of ignorance and racism. You betcha! |

If Bill Ayers is the only thing John McCain has left to run on, he doesn't deserve to be president. He and Palin are a disgrace.

"The McCain campaign, once merely problematic, is now close to being out-and-out dysfunctional. Its combination of strategic incoherence and operational incompetence has become toxic."
- Bill Kristol, leader of the neoconservative philosophy in the New York Times |

McCain is simply not presidential. His debate performance is an embarrassment.
