Definetly not a croquette. By definition a croquettes main ingredient is minced or ground.

I've been a deviant for 5 years now. I don't post very much anymore but I do enjoy viewing the work of other artists.

I've been waiting for this forum forever and some how I missed it...
I consider myself a digital/graphic artist. I've just started selling my work in an Etsy shop. Mostly brand marketing... logos, business cards, labels and such.
My Father is an extremely talented traditional artist but even though I tried very hard I inherited none of his talent.

I am pretty handy with a mouse though and I do some paper crafting.

anysoldier.com is a really good site for this information. They post letters from the troops requesting what they need and want people to send. Most request hygeine items and dvds/cds.

I have also had them stuffed w/bbq pork in a biscuit instead of the sausage and cheese.

Cauliflower is one of my favorites so I have alot to do with it.

Cauliflower & Cheese

1 head cauliflower (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. shredded New York sharp cheddar

Boil cauliflower until tender. Drain cauliflower in colander. Place cauliflower in baking dish. Mix mayonnaise and mustard together. Frost cauliflower with mayonnaise and mustard. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.

That sounds good. I wonder how it would be with broccoli instead?

It would probably work about the same the mayo & mustard mixed is alot like hollindaise.

I also really love hollindaise sauce w/steamed cauliflower, broccoli, greenbeans or asparagus. You can find a good microwave hollindaise recipe here http://www.ehow.com/how_4697086_quick-lowcarb-hollandaise-sauce-microwave.html.

My next door neighbour lost over 100 pounds on the low carb diet and stuffed jalapenos. The jalapenos speed up your metabolism. Recipe here http://thepioneerwoman.com/cooking/2007/07/bacon-wrapped_j/.

I went on a low carb diet a couple of years ago this was one of my favorite side dishes.

Cauliflower Mashed "Potatos"
Ingredients
1 medium head cauliflower
1 tablespoon cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 teaspoon straight chicken base or bullion ot 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
3 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions
Set a stockpot of water to boil over high heat.

Clean and cut cauliflower into small pieces. Cook in boiling water for about 6 minutes, or until well done. Drain well; do not let cool, pat cooked cauliflower very dry between several layers of paper towels.

In a bowl with an immersion blender, or in a food processor, puree the hot cauliflower with the cream cheese, Parmesan, garlic, chicken base, and pepper until almost smooth.

I wouldn't change a thing. I would just pay off all my bills and hide the rest of the money under my bed and not tell a soul.
