1 T of sugar
3 cans of corn (not creamed). 1 T thyme 3 fresh salmon steaks 6T cottonseed oil 11T italian bread crumbs 3T fresg crushed garlic dredge salmon steaks in liquid and bread and then add garlic and fry the fish on low. Wait till they brown and cook corn accordingly and add seasonings. If you want add some sweet green pepper into the corn as a nice compliment.

Kirk, I would think this would be breaded salmon steaks with corn. I have had many salmon croquets (my mother's were great) and I have eaten them all over the country, but I have never seen a version using a whole steak. Maybe other mingers have.

Definetly not a croquette. By definition a croquettes main ingredient is minced or ground.
