I just came across this kind of relationship as opposed to the soul mate concept. I would like to ask friends here if they have experienced this and how real it can truly be. thank you all in advance for your opinions... wishing you all your twin flames and matches:innocent:

As much I know/ have studied about it then twinflames are not the same as soulmates. Twinflames are two halves of one soul placed in two different bodies. Soulmates are two souls sharing the same spirituality.

And I agree with Crystal, be careful where and how you get an information. Many sources tend to interpret spirituality and religion in their own way, depending how they would like to see it. Soulmates, twinflames... have described as something really romantic, like if you find one in physical world...all your problems will be solved and you will live happily ever after. But..you can recognize your soulmate or twinflame (if you have one) only if you can feel spiritual connection and that's not easy thing to do. Most of us don't even achieve to get to know our own inner-selves. How when we can recognize the other's?

And don't be surprised if your soulmate is actually a woman. Nobody says it's necessarily someone of opposite gender. tongue2

I've recently added suspension training into the workout regimen... that will work EVERY muscle...if u focus on legs it will definitely do the trick

I have actually thought about it. The gym where I go to, they make personal and group trainings there.

Ok, so I ran this past a very educated guy at a funeral.
Life is like a train?
A train, running on smooth tracks continually, the train comes to a junction and there is a lot of jumping around as it goes over the points and slows down. then it pulls into a station and stops.
After a while the train pulls out and picks up speed until running smoothly again.
My theory is this.
The smooth track is life ok?
The bumpy points and junctions are upsets and problems ok?
The station is death
then the train pulls out and picks up speed until it's carrying on as normal. well that is a way I think of looking at it
how doyou see it?
Is this a good explanation?

I can see it is a good comparison as any.

For some life is like a train, goes on chosen path.Ana explained it very well.
For some it's like a roller-coaster. Always on high, full of adrenaline, but lasts only short time.
For some it's like a house, standing on one place, not moving anywhere, just gaining dust and growing old, before finally collapses.
For me it's a car ride. Choosing different roads and highways, making stops on crossroads to look back and remember what I've learned and experienced, choose the direction to move forward again.

I need a vacation... good long hike with heavy back-bag to nowhere, away from everything. Walking til my legs burn, all muscles hurt, but my head will be finally clear. It's about time to start packing.

You can do it!

I just stopped buying cigarettes. That's all. Though, I miss a cigarette with my morning-coffee. Rest of the day is peace of cake.

Time to sleep.

Good night all beautiful people!biggrin waving
