I'm so glad you posted this topic. I have been struggling with weight issues my entire life. My top weight was 355lbs. Dropped all the way down to 190 at one point. Then, as the years passed, I started putting on the lbs again. About a month ago, I started seriously dieting, once again. I just tell everybody, I'm on "The Barb Diet". This works for me. I'm not into taking pills, so, that wasn't an option. I totally cut out sugar and white bread. Eat more fruits and veggies. Here is a typical day of eating for me:
Breakfast granola bar (or similar) black coffee
Lunch Lofat yogurt with cerea mixed in(special k) or similar. some fruit)lite or no sugar added,peaches, pears, etc.
Dinner Lean Cuisine meal or Healthy choice most nights, If I do cook, I eat only a little. Maybe grilled chicken breast, sm. salad, lo fat dressing.
Snacks sugar free jello, sugar freee pudding, rice cakes, breyers low carb ice cream.
Just find what suits your needs. Drink lots and lots of water all day. This is what has been working for me. And I almost forgot. Excersice::: Every night I do about 25 situps. Need to excerise more, but, I have a bad back so have to be careful. So far, I have dropped 14lbs this month. Just stay focused on what you want. Also, someone else posted this: Have one day to eat what you want. I usually pick saturdays. Hope this may help some of you. Thanks again for this topic. Hi kissingfan, Welcome to JSH. Yes, there have been a few ppl that have been succesful here, I'm not one of them. I'm still looking. I've been on several other sites, but, I must say, This one is the best. I've made lots of new friends here, still haven't found that special guy yet, but, who knows, maybe I will one day. I just found out that one of our friends, Eaglewoods, had a bad injury a few weeks ago. He is still re cooperating. Just want to send him all our prayers and wishes for a speedy recovery.

My daughter works at Taco Bell, and she never mentioned anything about it. Maybe it's just certain states that are doing it. I'm sure gonna ask her about it.

If your AOL name is the same as your profile name, it's easy for ppl to guess it. That's what happend to me. So, I just changed my e-mail address. Get a new one. It's easy for someone to guess your e-mail, if the names are the same. I didn't even realize that until someone brought it to my attention. Just get a ne e-mail. OK??? Hope that helps you.

This is probably wrong, but, the only little boy I remember on that show, was OPIE, played by Ron Howard. Don't recall any other boys. That was a long time ago. Don't remember, just guessing at it.
