Nope you don't always see it. If anything, they probably made you stronger, or wiser or both. But, sometimes things just are. You can't control it and you can't change it. So regretting is a waste of time and emotion.

Would you really? Just think, if you did things over and differently, you wouldn't be you. Just one small do-over can/would change the entire course of your life. Maybe you wouldn't meet your best friend, boyfriend? Or have the courage to do something you wanted to do?

Everything that's happened has made you who you are. You can't change it so no point in regrets. The only thing you can do is look at where you are NOW and look to where you want to go and make whatever changes you think are necessary to be where you want to be.

Change is NOT a bad thing. Scary sometimes, yes, but not bad.

My "weird" fear is car carriers, I refuse to drive behind them as I'm convinced the cars are going to fall off. I even have nightmares about it

I'm with you there, I can't do ferris wheels, chairlifts or anything else but roller coasters don't bother me a bit

Would seeing her again help? Sometimes all it takes is to see that person again for your emotions to catch up with your brain. You see them and realize, wow, it really is over and I'm really ok with it.

Yup, and when I feel that way, it's usually because I did and just ignored all the signs that it wasn't right for me. The good thing is, while it may take some work, you can always get back to where you belong.

Been on 2 cruises, lost 10 pounds both times. And ate like a pig too (well, not really, I did try somewhat to be careful). But, I walked and took stairs everywhere, did a lot of active stuff at the ports (snorkeling, a lot of hiking, etc). Plus, I don't drink much so that helps

We went to the one in Jamaica, I wasn't overly impressed (and Red Stripe, not recommended ). It was expensive and definitely tourist-oriented. When I travel, I prefer the local places to chains. I think you get more of a feel for where you're at that way.

I've only been on cruises during the off/hurricane season, I love it! Prices are down, crowds are down, heat is down (slightly), it's great. I don't know what we're doing in Roatan and Cozumel yet. I love the shopping in Cozumel. TSteve wants to go deep sea fishing at one port, which I won't do. So, those ports just might be beach/shopping days.

We're doing the stingray swim and snorkle in the Caymans, I've done that before and LOVE it! I think Steve and I are going to take beginning scuba in Belize. I've always wanted to try it but didn't want to shell out big bucks only to find out I don't like it. It's $120 through Carnival so I figured it'd be a good intro.

I would think that there are about as many answers to this as there are guys in the world. Each guy is going to want and be attracted to something different. All you can do is be who you are without worrying about whether or not it snag a man. Because if you're trying to be someone you're not, it eventually comes out and it ain't pretty.

We weren't in our rooms much either on my other cruises and the only "problem" we had with noise was an extremely amorous couple next door. Thankfully, we never ran into them Steve and I have booked a balcony cabin, I can't wait. I've always wanted one but could never afford it. This cruise, I got us the same price for a balcony as I've paid for ocean views so I jumped on it. We're doing a similar itinerary, Grand Cayman, Cozumel, Roatan and Belize I've been to all but Roatan and they are my favorite ports (so far).

Exactly. And, unfortunately, many of these "innocent" pictures aren't so innocent. But, if there was truly no merit and the judge did say they were harmless, they shouldn't have to register as sex offenders. That is something that is done only AFTER you are CONVICTED of a sex offense. If they have to register, the must have been convicted. I think there's more here than has been reported.
