I want a coffee pot Noah can't break! Little stinker went to move the coffee pot on the counter and out went the glass bottom. Yikes!

Turn on some uplifting music and take a break from whatever the stressful situation is. Focus your mind on positive things and remember the other stressful situations you have already gotten through.

I am definitely ready!

I have compassion for many situations... the elderly, sick children, ppl going through rough times, and much more. Having adopted a little boy with Down syndrome, two holes in his heart, and two holes in one eye certainly shows where my heart is. Our children deserve loving homes even when they are not born perfect in the eyes of some.

I want to thank each and everyone of you for your prayers.
Those prayers and warm wishes go a LONG way and we do appreciate them. My doctor did say he could give Noah oxygen each night, but I just do not foresee him cooperating and keeping oxygen on through the night. I remember the heart surgery and having to choose between open heart surgery and a less evasive procedure. I chose the less evasive and experimental procedure. It was the hardest choice I have ever had to make in my life. My appt is on April 1st and I am on a waiting list should there be any cancellations to see the specialist.

So thanks again and we send you ALL a nice warm gooey peanut butter and jelly kiss!

Boy today Noah got in the van to go to school and he said a bad word then he turned to me and said "soap in the mouth". He's a comical little boy for sure and he LOVES attention.

I've been meaning to win this game for three years now. Excuse me... coming thru...!

Noah has Down syndrome and his doc called me today to tell me that during an oxygen test during sleeping he had signifigant drops of oxygen... enough to warrant giving him oxygen or sending him to a ears, nose and throat doctor to see about surgery for him. Well noah had heart surgery in the past so any surgery is going to be hard on Noah. I'm not sure what they will suggest, but the doc did say perhaps having his tonsils removed.

Just keep the little guy in your prayers. I think I've just been afraid about going through this all on my own. I guess if the good Lord brings you to it, he will bring ya through it.

Too many people get into marriage thinking love just flows. Love is like a garden and it really does need tending to and it requires work. Forget your expectations because no one can ever know what you are thinking or be all you think they should be. Plan on doing things you are not thrilled about doing, and when you do them do it from love without going on and on how you hate this or that. It takes give and take, compromise, and even forgiveness. Acceptance of differences is crucial. Plan on building each other up and working at it if you want it to last. Make sure you 'know' the person. Too many people fall in love with the idea of love and not the person they marry.
Marriage requires teamwork, and too many people forget this too.
