I quite often get IM requests. I say OK, then the other person can't even hold up their end of the conversation. I do realize that not everyone has great typing skills, but, good Lord, I am getting tired and frustrated with one word responses. Why IM me if you're not prepared for at least a half decent chat? Anyone else feel the same way? That happens to me all the time! It is very frustrating. I am not sure why someone would say they want to chat, then say nothing!

why is it when you find someone your interested in and you say hi and they just blow you off. do you continue to be nice or blow them off too. i find it hard to be nice sometimes. but i do anyway. If you're interested in someone and they're not into you, you're supposed to leave them alone. How would you feel if it was reversed? Would you want someone you're not into still bothering you? Um, no. Exactly!
I will add that if you "think" you are interested in someone, and they are not "interested" in you, then it is not the person for you. Get it???? Perhaps this is a "sign" that you need to look at why you are attracted to a certain "type" of person, and maybe change that. "If the student is ready, the teacher will appear" The end. I was mulling over the type of guy I'm attracted to last night. It was a very sobering experience.
We all can really take a closer look at this topic

I agree. Sometimes it makes no sense at all. I know that I get "vibes", if you will, from people. Maybe others get them and decide that they don't want to get to know somebody at all. They just don't like them.
I can honestly say, I hate no one. I will "spew" all over you, but to truly hate, nope. I am the type to burn hot for a few moments, then it is over. I never hold a grudge. Life it too short to carry that around. |
