Ok here goes. I have been trying to land this new job for over two weeks
now. They say: 'We are 99.9% you have it but it needs to clear with the
big guy' I can't seem to get anyone to call be back. I am so ready to
leave the job I am at (13 years) My stress level is through the roof.
The position is open, they say they want me, is this just a case of a
big company policy? I hope I hear soon, can't take much more!

Thank so much for the advice. I kind of thought along the same lines and
messaged her back through the site.

Well I introduced myself the first day and got some responces, it was
all good. This is the first time I have ever been on a site like this
and cannot get on all the time. I have never really had anyone post
anything directly related to me or my posts. Now granted I have not
posted too many and I don't try to overwhelm anyone. It really doesn't
bother me for I am as easy going as they come and very very little
bothers me, I am too old for that kind of stuff. It seems it might be
more difficult to make friends than stated earlier or maybe one has to
be more aggressive than I. That is just not me. I do enjoy the
commradery (spell check that) that is here and enjoy reading the
threads.

Maybe some one could answer this question. I have gotten a few messages
sent to me on this site and the woman askes me to message her back but
at her e-mail address. Is this common or are these people just after
your address to sell or something? Could us some help here.
