K;U know what bothers me is when I send a pleasant msg.2 someone & I hint that perhaps we can become friends in the future & they completely ignore me.I think that is soooo RUDE!!Just a quick reply back doesn't require much effort.Well;like my profile states,over-sensitivity is the 1 chink in my armor but I can't change that. That is my nature.Oh!well. Cy, I'm the same way, that's why I don't even bother sending first e-mails anymore. Why waste the time if no one responds anyway? If I wanted to be ignored, I could have stayed married. |

I'm bothered by people who do not read my profile and send e-mails in a chatty instant messaging sort of way. I put all the meat and potatoes stuff in the first section of my profile, and some of it in all caps... but it's still not read.
I also get sort of peeved at people who place me on their favorites or send friend requests and I've never heard from them and never do. After anywhere from a week to a month I delete them from my friends list, and I automatically delete them from my favorites once I see it. How can I be a favorite if they don't know me? |

It makes me crazy when guys outside my settings range...usually age wise) sent me notes in friend requests. I hate ignoring them there, but if I write them the friendly rejection I'd like to, they can start e-mailing their protests freely...found that out the hard way.
If anyone reading this has sent me a friends request, I'll address it right now...you are probably too young for me, and in all fairness, I just don't see it happening. I am sorry and don't mean to be rude, but your time is better spent on someone more open to dating younger men. I'm flattered...and wish you the best. |

some people don't reply back because they don't want to have to hurt you. like if someone i'm not interested in emails me, i just dont reply. because in my opinion it's easier to ignore someone then to have to go on a rampage about why you don't like that person. and trust me, most people don't take the no i don't like you to heart and will try and try again to get at you. I agree. And some people email me with just a "whats up" What a general question! It's so hard to answer. When I email someone I try to mention why I've emailed them, mention something about their profile, etc. I ignore those people if they have nothing to say after I say "Nothing really, just tired and bored, how are you?" or something besides "All right" or "good" |

I hate when people email you two words as if they're speaking to you directly. It's annoying. As for the friends thing, I've had a couple people I've never spoken to do that and then just not talk to me. I get the impression that they just want to have a lot of people on their friends list. I don't accept their friend requests. |

So you don't get mails that read like this.."Hey Peccy.. I like your sunglasses". ??? Oh I have, but they still reference something in my profile!
Nope.... I'll get a generic...."Hi there. Like your smile." That is IT!!! Or once I got nothing but emoticons.... and the follow up to my response, which was "?" was "wanna have sex?". |

I do reply to 99% of my e-mails too, so it can get rather irritating. Agree with friends request thing. |

Do you think they have much luck with that...I mean do you know anyone who's here to find fast bed mates? I'm not sure... luckily the guy was from England and I'm in the USA. I was half-tempted to say "Only if you can be here by 9:30". What I did say was "only with my BF, but thanks so much for asking. It's nice to see you are concerned about my sexual health". There was no reply. |
