Personally, I'm mostly opposed to canned fruit, but in a pinch it'll do.
Fresh fruit is the way to go, but that CAN get kinda expensive. Frozen fruit isn't bad, but you gotta thaw it out, first. Man, that stuff is rock hard otherwise! Always wash your fruit before you eat it. You never know where it's been! |
