Try southeast missouri where i am, 7 inches of rain so far, just started seeping into my basement, i have my shop vac on stand by, it's going to be a long night.

I got a sump pump put in under my floow when I had the joists replaced two years ago. One of the best investments I ever made. The darn thing's been working overtime the last five weeks.
Yeah, bad weather or not, Dallas is a cool place to be. Anyplace in the DFW area. They get bad flooding down south of there, though. I had coworkers that couldn't get out of their place when it rained. They were all hat and no cattle, though. |

Last time I flew into Dallas in bad weather I ended up renting a car and driving back to the Lawton, OK airport. What a way to fly!

last time i flew into dallas, atlanta was having bad weather, so we got stuck on the runway at DFW for 3.5 hours.

I used to fly about once a month in the 93-96 time frame & never got stuck on a runway, but have had bad luck with delays and sitting on runways since then. Flying's getting to be a bummer!
