Real women have curves Can't a woman just be a woman? Geez, if being over weight is that big of a deal, then lose weight and quit complaining. I'm by far from being skinny, but I am doing my part to get back down to the weight I want. Why can't people just be happy with themselves and quit worrying about which girls are getting which guys. If the guy you like, doesn't want a bigger girl, then move on to the guy that does. Everyone has their own preference as to what they like in another person. You can't fault people for that!!! Ok Im ready for the lashing.

There is nothing wrong with people having preferences. There are many women that won't date bald men, or men with a third nipple. I mean come on!!

Come on now.....really. I am not extremely big by no means. But rather fluffy (my late husband called me this)but it is truth about men wanting a barbie or a thin woman. I run across it all the time. I was not used to that. I was always in good shape. Not too thin but healthy. I never ever had a problem with men finding me attractive til now. They are okay with my face but as soon as they find out I am a bit heavier....they have no problem letting me know that they are not interested because of the fact.
Losing weight is not always as easy as some want to think. I try. I work very hard physical work. Eating only once a day most days. It has taken me three months to lose a measly 6 pounds. I do not look the weight I posses. But, I am heavy. Does that matter to most men? Apparently not. Take it easy on these women that are what and who they are. They have feelings of pain and not being wanted. This bashing as it has been called; is hard on the heart. The mind and emotions. By the way....my preference for a man is; breathing. Kat

I have to go to work now have fun & be nice to each other, my idea was not to be negative in anyway, but to be supportive to other women who are do not meet the current social standards. I realise that there are women who feel the same way about being thin , tall, ect. FatNSassy is just my personal perspective.

Everyone needs to QuityurBichn....about what some on else prefers...be kind to others and excepting of others as long as they are not atacking or insulting your person. I think someone has That Name on JSH...not sure about the spelling...but very fitting. |

Who wants to join??? Mon 03/17/08 09:49 AM This is just my opinion and might not apply here....I've found most men are looking for a barbie doll type figure on a woman. If you are honest and tell them you are even a bit fluffly, they give that old I don't like BBW line....Did most of these men ever stop to think that most good women are so busy caring for averyone else and raising kids that they put themselves last. Maybe if some of the "nice guys" gave some of the good fluffy women a chance, we'd have a reason to feel good about ourselves and drop those extra pounds. Our kids, friends,and pets, love us fluffy, so we can't be all bad....just something to consider, guys JMHO If you dont discriminate against hairy chest,shoulders, and back count me in. |
