I could settle for an $8/hr job right this minute, but I've earned my way up and am qualified for a higher paying job. Hence I'm going for the $12/hr and up. Some people would rather take a lower paying job and just ***** they aren't getting paid enough.

I'll let you in on a little secret chevy: No employer on the planet pays anybody what they're really worth. I'm worth over 2 million dollars. Humanforsale.com told me so.

if you average it out i only make like $11 an hour.. but im salaried and im a workaholic, so thats my own fault... teeheehee..

Salaried usually always works out to be less than hourly. But there are some benefits to being salaried versus hourly too.

One of the things that sucks with cross training. My last job, once I learned 4 or 5 different areas, I never went home. I just covered for the people who did.
