austin has a large gay community and wouldn't be surprised to find that happening...plus there is this place called "hippie hollow" on lake travis near austin which used to be exactly what it sounds like, for hippies, but it has turned into the gay area of lake travis...they hold this festival there every year..

yeah I followed them and got the numbers off of their license plates and when i got home went to the police station across the street and told them what happened. Unfortuantly they can't do anything until they are caught in the act, and so they said that would patrol more in the area looking out for these guys and have the people that work at the park informed. 
Good for you! A lot of peeps would have done nothing. You have to take action to try and change things! 10 kuddos for you!

I doubt most people would have had any different reaction to a straight couple or teens. Children have a right to a childhood and they pick up on far more than you think.

Well, when I was younger it was done many times by many kids. The park was the in place to hang. Even after I was a little older I was guilty of having sex in the park. Not in front of kids, but there anyway. In the trees, or should I say behind the trees, at night on the slide. We even tried the swings. In the car at the park. Against the car at the park. Come on people. It isn't unusual for people to have sex in a park. At the lake, on a boat. In the car at the drive in movies. Wherever. It is the spontaneity and secretiveness of it that makes it good. The chance of getting caught. But trying not too. What someone thinks they know is different than actually seeing it. Kat And yes....I have kids. Kids that saw me come out of a bedroom with my husband wearing something different than when I went in. After staying in there awhile. Kids are not looking for that. We make too much of something and they become aware. |

 Sex is going on all the time and people should be considerate of kids. Hey, she nor the kids did not actually see them having sex so that was a good thing.
I always stay clear of noises in the bushes and trees anyway but that may be my growing up camping and stuff. Move away from noises in the bushes and trees.

That what I don't like about this site. A bunch a closed mined single divorcee's. God loosen up. No wonder your all single. It was something you think you saw. he could have been just taken a piss. I wouldn't be shocked if you all start makeing gay jokes at my expence. pretty lame, punish the one with the diffrent view. So what I don't have kids any moron can breed!
If your kids saw anything, they wouldn't understand what was going on anyway. And if you didn't have any kids, I bet you would've just laughed it off. Don't let it ruin your day. No I would find it disturbing because there are not only my child present, but about 10 others. And if my child did see it, blood would have been shed.

I used to work at JCpenny's and the bathrooms there where a trolling place for gay men, some where ministers in the local churches, we live in a small town, they think nobody talked or knew about their activites . It was bad we warned people not to take their sons into the mens bathroom cause the pervs that would go in there..One guy even tried to molest a co-worker, he punched him out and went to management....God I'm glad I don't work there no more.....I have a conscience and when management would do nothing about it I left, shi* made me sick....

Ok, so it's a nice day outside, decided to take my son to the park so he could walk around and play in the grass. It's a very big park with a 1.5 mile walking trail and part of that trail is through a wooded area. Well we were strolling along the wooded area and I heard some noises in the woods. I was thinking it was normal wildlife in the area, and kept going. Well on my way back I noticed two men coming out of the wooded area and one was pulling his pants up.  They were in the park having sex.
This just makes me sick to think that I can't even take my son to the park in the middle of the afternoon because people want to do this kind of crap.
I'm sorry babe. That's horrible. NO CLASS.

I'm not single...and I'm far from closed minded dude. I know what I saw and heard, I'm not stupid. It's one thing to have sex in public, but it's another thing when your a 40 year old man during the middle of the afternoon when there are lots of children around. People do have sex in the park, you are correct. BUT I always thought that kind of stuff happened in the dark when a lot of people were not out to catch you. I don't know, maybe I am sheltered or maybe I don't want my kids to see it...but I would have said something! H*ll knowing me, I would have used my mace and told them to get a room...this world is full of freaks!
Thats the scary part, there are lots of freaky arse people out there and if you have children, you have to warn them of those kind of people. Yep you should have maced them or something!!
