Doesn't really pay but you get to yell at some one laugh

I just want a volenteer to help me out with my diet / excercise program. Basically all ya need to do is yell at me over my diet and make sure i get my lazy ass out of bed in the mornings for my daily run.

That must be hell or is that where you live? laugh

Why not take your run late at night, then jump in the shower before jumping in the bed. That will make you fall to sleep more quickly, you'll sleep better and wake up with enough energy for the whole day.

Daily run??? grumble I refuse to yell at you noway but will let ya yell at me to get out for my daily walks and keep eating my protien bars sick But hey, at least its working for me.....37 pounds gone so far happy

Works better if you do your cardio first thing in the morning. You are using fat stores for energy so the weight loss is greater. Also, a late night workout can actually have an adverse affect on your sleep patterns. Your body cannot slow down enough to enduce REM sleep at the correct time. Hence, recovery is affected.

i just got back from riding the bike aroune the block(twice)OMG i am pooped i dont know if i feel better yet or not but my leggs hurt and i am breathing heavy
