I agree TTO!!! The girls love him so much and he not only doesn't add anything productive to their lives but he also steals from me. I have given him to many chances to even count. He will go 4 or 5 months and want to be part of their lives and then go 6 months and never even call. I am left to pick up the pieces of their broken little hearts EVERY time!!

If he hasn't paid child support he has no rights to see them if you don't want him to.

It's good & bad for the girls really, because if they get use to him being around & then he "Runs" on this & I'm sure that's his idea if he's looking at that kind of time, then the girls are going to go through that separation all over again.

They don't need that heart ache in their lives.

I know it affects them HUGE Catch!! It's his forte'! Like I said he showed up uninvited. The girls had already seen him and they have been missing him so I didn't cause any problems! He knows I won't w/ them around. That's the whole point of the suprise visit.

If he asks how the rubber band got there.
Tell him he put it there.
When he says he thinks he would remember doing something like that.

Call the court they should give you a restraining order.

As long as getting it is not going to set him off to do something stupid..
Tell him if he wants to see them he can meet you some where or set it up with the court. not to come to your house...

Catch I have Sole custody and the school and daycare already have all of the paperwork. Besides, he would never kidnap them he doesn't want the responsibility of children.

Felony theft and they are trying him as a repeat offender.
