so i ran four mile before work and ten after, did one hundred pullups and 1000 cruches, and now Master Daneil is kicken my butt! anyone have one of these days?

How can you remember to count that many, when your guts are exploded on the walls??? Mine would be... 1000, that's a bit overkill dont you think?? |

Still pretty ccccccuuurazy.... 200 is my max... in lots of 50... but I am not running a mile in between.... my legs would drop off, or I would get lost.. |

I usualy do 75 crunches followed by 2-3mile run before work. i would run after work but i am usualy REALLY tired when i get home

Oh ok........... Still pretty ccccccuuurazy.... 200 is my max... in lots of 50... but I am not running a mile in between.... my legs would drop off, or I would get lost.. |

I usualy do 75 crunches followed by 2-3mile run before work. i would run after work but i am usualy REALLY tired when i get home me to but i still do it! For me its more of an issue of getting up to d it. i LOVE to run and once I'm out the door its no bi g deal but alot of times its just getting out the door lol. LIke right now i am suppost to be starting my run in 5 minutes but im being lazy. |

Lol, sounds like a good workout.. next try crunches with 100 lbs on your chest, at least 100 reps, then 50 lbs weights on your ankles, 50 lbs on each ankle, then do 100 leg lifts.. that my friend is tough... |

Lol, sounds like a good workout.. next try crunches with 100 lbs on your chest, at least 100 reps, then 50 lbs weights on your ankles, 50 lbs on each ankle, then do 100 leg lifts.. that my friend is tough... I would LOVE to have some ankle weights for on my walking days or when I am at work. That would be SOOOO nice. |
