so i ran four mile before work and ten after, did one hundred pullups and 1000 cruches, and now Master Daneil is kicken my butt! anyone have one of these days? Lol, sounds like a good workout.. next try crunches with 100 lbs on your chest, at least 100 reps, then 50 lbs weights on your ankles, 50 lbs on each ankle, then do 100 leg lifts.. that my friend is tough... yes master i will do that tomarrow! |

I guess I am blessed, I live by the beach in the tropics... the only workout I need, is manual labour in the yard, and a surf...
All this talk of resistance training... why?? I have met giant musclebound men, built like a bag of walnuts, that have no stamina, nor resilience... they pump weights, but when the ocean is pumping, half an hour of surfing and they are wasted.. Anaerobic exercise, with light weight resistance, and a bloody sensible eating plan makes more sense to me. If your intake is more than you out put, then you will not be in optimum health.. |

um...all I can say is Ugh!
personally, I do pilates...and eat well... I get a thigh master...but I'm afraid I'd end up poping some poor guy's head off his shoulders... |
