I would start by getting the spyware & adware off of the system. DLL errors are more frequently the result of virus or malware than anything else.

i would expect exactly this asking any question in a public forum, regardless of rather it was a serious question or not, but hey thats me, i realize most people have a sense of humor, take a joke and roll with the punches, that way i don't sound all snooty having a stick jammed to far up my own butt and have to say comments like you just did

Just download the DLL and replace it wherever the older one is on your computer.

If you have a copy of your operating system...

Put it in your cd/dvd player.

Go to start/run
Type in

SFC/SCANNOW

It will take a while.. and it may want you to direct it to the cd/dvd player.. Just read the screen, follow the instructions and it will restore all the dll's and some other system files, including updates and hardware drivers.
