I wouldn't mention "jsh" whatever the hell that is. Her eyes aren't blue anyway.

If you are talking for the first time on here, tell them something to the effect that "their profile is intriguing". I you are talking on the phone say, I really like your voice...or something as such. If you are talking to them face to face, say something that flatters them, as if you are checking them out....that is always a feel-good for the recipient, such as, "You really look good in those jeans". It is important not to be tacky though...if you truly are looking for something more than a roll in the hay, keep it respectful! Good luck!

Don't just compliment on looks but listen and and offer a compliment based on the conversation or an idea of thiers

If you have to make up compliments and ask others to supply them ,then you must not think very highly of this girl. Is there nothing about her that truly inspires you? Why did you pick her in the first place? I have been hit with those lame, canned, insincere compliments and been left thinking it would have been kinder to just slap me and get it over with.
