yes. women hold men to the same standards. some more so than others. just like with men. Women tend to look past more physical flaws than men often do, because we look for other important qualities and those override any funny looks because they become more attractive if they have those other qualities. To some extent, looks matter to everyone. But not always like you think. A man can be completely gorgeous on the outside and look very ugly if his attitude sucks. |

1. weather or not the men were being honest or just saying what i wanted to hear. I say that would be about 50/50. 2. When you first responded the the topic question you said that looks were extreemly important. but since you object to being labeled as right wing ..would you being saying that looks do not mean anything to you at all :) In that case i am sorry i been calling you rignt wing all this time. |

looks ARE important..
i have to be at least initially attracted to the guy, just to strike up a conversation with him. once we'd been talking, starting a friendship, eventually he turns into mr. wonderful.. if some type of accident happened to mr.wonderful, my feelings towards him wouldn't change, cuz we'd have already had our relationship growing... that's the point, once a relationship is growing, not much can stop or change feelings other than actions of that person... |
