OK So far, All I've gotten email from is 6 scammers & 1 girl that just stopped writing when she seen my pic in the cowboy hat.

My cousin is here and she thinks this...

60% of the girls out there think I'm too old.
30% think I'm to counrty.
9.99% Think I'm crazy to want to start my own ranch.

Which leaves me less than 0.01% chance I'll actually meet someone here that we both will click with each other...

I think maybe you shouldn't worry so much about finding someone, let it just happen. Keep posting in the forums and mailing those that interest you, but don't expect anything, let it just happen.

With all due respect to your cousin, odds are she's wrong, that's only her opinion. Keep doing what you're doing. Be yourself. Sometimes it's frustrating when you're on here and don't meet someone quickly. You may not meet anyone at all on here and that's OK too. Expect it when you least expect it. Which means focus on yourself and your aspirations and dreams. That magic person will come along and see you for being yourself and love you for that.

Sniffing around like a hound dog looking for it, well, you likely won't because it will consume you and you'll keep checking JSH and hoping this will be the day. Follow your dreams. Move to CO or TX if that's where your dreams take you. There's plenty of construction and ranching in both places. I would think there's more there than in MI.

Use JSH for friends and if the magic one comes along, that's like icing on the cake. Trust me, this is knowledge from experience. I am not looking that hard if at all and they seem to just gravitate. When I keep obsessing and looking and hoping, I lose focus on what is most important and I get nowhere.

Keep your chin up and drive on. This is a site for friends and besides you have to be friends with that magic someone before they can be your "Miss Kitty."

PS The sooner you move to find your dreams the sooner I think you'll find her. So what gives if you find her there and she doesn't want to move. Now what, does that mean that cattle or construction is out the window, I hope not. You come first, they're either with you or not.

Hey, Youre not old. Whats wrong w/ country. And yea a farmers tan and start your own ranch. Sounds good to alot of girls, just as long as you don't take more interest in the cattle than in her. Maybe this whole internet thing is people sitting in this chair putting out nothing, like me this minute, with my butt getting bigger, instead of out there meeting people, which is alot more fun! no but really this 1 person & I met,not on here but on another site.But the problem now is we have found the who & the wow now just need to find the how ,we live a good distance from each other,but working on that... so it can happen.but it has taken nearly 2 years from my divorce..and if for some reason this dont work out..well I wont think like that..just keep praying that it will,saying it will..

Right now, my only issue with older women is that I was married twice to older women. The way I look at it now is that since women mature faster then men & I seem to get along better with the younger crowd (or at least younger at heart) that I should break my patterns & try dating younger. But with me, its all in the eyes of the lady, the eyes tell all about a person. if she has the right eyes then I could be game.

Live life to its fullest and have fun. Make friends with people. You NEVER know when that cute girl you talk to all the time on here starts to develope a crush on ya. Besides its best to have alot of friends because you can always find a shiny penny where you least expect it.
