I totally built my expectations too high. My Bad! She probably didn't keep things from me. I wouldn't call her a liar. I basically became smitten for unknown reasons and flew her here and rolled the dice. No she's not bad or evil. It was me as I wanted to see a certain person that she wasn't. I made a mistake. I should've got to know her better. Live and learn. I still believe the internet is great to meet people, beats getting loaded at a bar trying to meet people. I do like JSH. The more one participates, the more they learn about others and if you get a date, great, if not, well hopefully one has made new friends.

Well so here's what I did, I thought I was crazy for this person. We emailed, phoned, even video conferenced on Yahoo. So I flew her to Tx from CA and knew when I saw her at the airport and was in the car with her that this wasn't going to work, no chemistry. I was totally nice and partied her out for a whole week (mistake number 2, should've been a couple of nights ie. a weekend, not a week). At the end I was so glad it was over. I was never rude and stated when I took her to the airport, that I had fun and was sorry that here was no physical chemistry. OUCH At least I was diplomatic and gentlemanly as she was away from home and totally in my hands. Whew, glad that was over.

In retrospect, I have dated several women (some for many months) that I met online so I believe it's just another medium to meet people and it can be successful.
