Just try to take some time to really lood at the big picture. Suddenly things we spend time worrying about may look a lot less significant.

buy a double barrel shot gun, go to a junk yard or some place with nothing around and just blow the holy hell out of everything. Until your too deaf, too sore..too tired.. or just too numb to care

mend a broken heart...humm well , first its like any wound its gonna hurt till it gets a scab on it...then don't pick at it.
Don't dial the number , or look at old momentos. Don't go to your favorite places. After awhile, and for everyone its different. Those things have less and less meaning. Oh and don't believe everything you hear. Now it may feel like forever, but in a year...it may be just a drop in the bucket of life..hang in there, and yes it is the most painful thing you have had to endure to this point in your life...I sympathize. |

Thank you, everyone, for your wonderful suggestions and helping me to laugh about shooting everything in sight at a junkyard. (By the way, I once went to a shooting range and did manage to shoot the crotch out of a target, seriously, so...at least I have some good aim with shooting.)

Oh just get another one. Nowadays the science/technology is so advanced. They probably can grow an artificial one for you
Seriously, I'd say meet someone else too ... unless you can get him back. Or unless you plan to stay alone? I mean ... Eventually you will want to be with someone. So why not just find that someone already. |

I think you need time to mend. Why would you want to jump into another relationship when your not completely over the other one? If you do, the new one won't work out. All you are going to do is compare the new person to the old one, then in the long wrong two people will be hurt.
Time heals everything...just take some time and get over it. Then I think you get to know you a little bit better and then you can figure out whats the best thing for you!! |

Just get your mind off him by staying busy and take a trip a Chippendales show with the girls!! Live a little!! Being single has it's perks!!!

If you're not totally over with the guy yet ... maybe it's good to forget about him before moving onto another guy. But personally, I still think finding someone else is fastest way to forget about the previous guy ... fastest ... not necessary the best. |
