i have a big prayer request.....my mom found out today that the store she works at is closing in less than a month. the only reason she works is for health benefits. so when it closes, her and my dad will have no more benefits, and at 62 & 63, they need them desperately. both have numerous prescriptions they will no longer be able to afford. they will not have enough money to pay for benefits either. i am not allowed to put them on my plan b/c they are not dependents. my parents are worried that neither one will be able to find a job with benefits at their ages. i told her to keep praying b/c my son, my brother and wife, and i already are. i told her that God will provide a way. so please pray that God will give her strength and provide a way for her and my father to get medical benefits. thanks.

Good Morning All:
Another amazing word today at Church. It once again confirmed that the path that God has chosen for me is the path I must adhere to...with all His Power, All His Glory. Acts 1:4-8 And gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised. "Which," He said, "you heard of from Me; for John Baptized with water, but you shall be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now." And so when they had come together, they were asking Him , saying, "Lord, is it at this time You are restoring the Kingdom to Israel?" He said to them, "It is not for you to know times of epochs which the Father has fixed by His own authority; but you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you shall be My witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth." This was so powerful to hear.....For I know that the Lord has called all Christians to go out in their community, in their work place, even as far as India, or the remotest part of the earth. Luke 4: 18-19 "The Spirit Of The Lord Is Upon Me, Because He Annointed Me To Preach the Gospel To The Poor. He Has sent Me To Proclaim Release To The Captives, And Recovery Of Sight To The Blind, To Set Free Those Who Are Down-Trodden, "To Proclaim The Favorable Year Of The Lord."
