Topic: too nice? | |

I told a guy he was "a little too nice". All he thought about was sex and that is boring. I like to go out and do stuff. Have fun. Go out to dinner. So, i guess i should have told him he was boring and too tuned in to "everything is about sex", but, it was easier to say he was too nice. I am being honest about why I said that to him. He hasn't bothered me since. Which is exactly what I wanted. Hey, I want love, a relationship, but, I know what I don't want and that guy was for sure, it. shoulda just been honest The whole truth is he is an economist by trade. He just wanted to stay in and have sex all the time.(Hey, I like sex too.) As in, not go out and spend money for anything. He even told me that he would probably see me in a week, because of the cost of gas!! He lived about 30 min. away!! I am living on SS disability! I said that to him and he said his mortgage is $1500/mo!! For a townhouse!! He said the more you earn the more you spend!! It seems that every Economist I meet is cheap!! I have taken to staying away from dating them now! I am not "high maintenence". I just like to go out to a bar for drinks and the food at our bars is really good. A few have some specialities. Out to dinner at a nice restaurant or just walking, to a park, a picnic, a ride to nowhere, etc. Is that too much to ask for? I sit home alone a lot on my own, don't ALWAYS need to do that with a "date". I want to go out and do things, too. Free is fine, fairs, baazars, outdoor concerts. You think I should have told him he is boring and cheap? |
