Maybe Biden gets that the death penalty is ridiculously complicated and expensive, and it's cheaper and more ethical to just let them rot in prison.

25 years ago he was a staunch supporter of the death penalty, it’s only for political advantage for his namesake only, and it’s a slap in the face to the victims family’s on Christmas Eve. People convicted , and sentenced to a death penalty should be carried out in a year or less.

Others will cheer the decision and many won't care at all. I think you're in the first group, and I'm personally for easier death penalties and executions, but understand the legal hurdles. Maybe the executions will heal all the hurt feelings for the victims. They probably will not.

Now the former Death Row prisoners will just stay in prison for the rest of their lives.

While we the tax payer foots the bill. That isn’t right. The ones cheering are the same ones that justify the cold blooded murder of the United health care CEO. While they try to prosecute the subway hero that probally saved lives.no scruples..

How is it much cheaper and ethical for death row prisoners to just let them rot in prison at taxpayers expense for the remaining of their lives?

Death penalty being ridiculously complicated and expensive is a lawyer's game.
