I thought U.S. presidents had access to the best medical care in the world?

If he is showing signs of dementia, then it can be managed.

Oh, sure, Trump can go to the best doctors around, but "managing" dementia usually means taking the patient out of the dangerous situation. This guy's got the "nuclear button", and he's getting more confused by the day.

Nice try, Bart. The problem here is Trump being the fool for the international audience. They see him dozing off and getting too easily confused. And now with 100% more urgent, unannounced visits to the hospital. Trump may drop dead any day now. I hope not, but he's not the picture of health.
