I just had a thought, is there a way to measure love or our feelings? if yes, how then how and if no, then why?

Please share your valuable thoughts.

From what I know both love and feelings have no measure but they grow over time.

If anything grows, then it must have its own measurement(s).

Okay so since they do grow they both grow little by little. My first post was just a matter of speaking.

Here is a question for you, imagine yourself in this situation.

You, your wife and only child are on holiday, there is an accident while taking a sailing trip together and your wife and child fall in to the water very close to a waterfall and neither of them can swim.

You are a very strong swimmer but immediately realise there is only time to save one of them, which one do you save?

Really? What kind of things you think are measurable?......
Jokes aside...Not to me. You grow into it. If you bring that word, problem starts to arise.

Love is immeasurable because of love is endless,

Dear Furious, thanks for taking your time to ask this loving question.
Love has no measurements so therefore "Love" and "Feelings" has no limit because when one man thinks he loves a woman better, another can love her best.
Another name for love is God.
God can't be measured in all things.
Human feelings are complimented with adverbs and adjective.
Love Is Love
Fake love is measured with the "Fake"
Real love is not measured with real because it takes forever to be real

For yourself it is measurable. The feelings for a certain woman can give more butterfly feeling. But you can not measure it with a meter unless love can generate electricity....love

Yes, there is. From what I've read and you can google it too. There are different levels of love. But I don't remember the different names of each. Start with GOD's Love, that's the highest. Then there Parental love. Self love, love for humanity and life, love of significant other. Look it up.

Love is great and nothing can be used to measure it. You're absolutely right.

^^ well said :sparkles:

OT True love cannot be measured, it makes you feel it within your soul.
if it's fake, you won't feel anything, it won't affect you!

But feelings can be measured, sometimes the depth, those feelings take us through, we tend to realise how much we love and care for that someone, it's a way we tend to understand our own self and the depth we can dig on, in putting our efforts in loving someone.
