I read an article about this and l was wondering your thoughts about being cancelled last minute before your date. Do you think you should give the person a second chance after their explanations or excuses what made them not able to show up to the date you both planned weeks earlier. I don’t give second chances l just block the person or ignore the person. If l’m the once cancelling a date last minute. I apologise and don’t expect the person meeting me again if they do then it was meant to be lol.

Never have been stood up for any date off the internet. My dates are with Older gentleman and I do not meet for Coffee we have a full plan exsisting of Plans. Dating from a relationship paid only site.
Online dating rarely works for Many people.

It is a individuals Personal Choice if you want to meet again with some Men that cancel. Many do hook ups and coffee meets.

There is no answer that fits all situations in my opinion. If you have dated them before then listen to their excuse and maybe arrange another date. If this was a first date, then I agree with you, no second chances, unless there was really exceptional circumstances, accidents and the unexpected happens to us all at some point.

It recently happened with me. I was on a paid site . We set up a lunch date , I bought sandwiches and was minutes away and I got a text " sorry I can't do this ." Then hours later I get pm's come up tonight . I handled by avoiding her blocking her and so on. I screen my calls because she uses other phones . Lol
