OK IVE ASKED ALOT OF PEOPLE THIS AND HAVE GOTTEN NO CLEAR ANSWER.SO I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK YOU GUYS.IS THE WAR IN IRAQ EVER GONNA END.ISNT ANYBODY TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT HOW MANY OF OUR TROOPS ARE DYING.WE WENT TO IRAQ WITH AN INTENTION OF CAPTURING SADDAM HUSSEIN AND FINDING WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION.WELL WE WERE SUCCESFUL AT ONE OF THOSE THINGS.NOW SINCE WE DID WHAT WE WENT TO DO.SHOULDNT WE MOVE OUR TROOPS OUT OF IRAQ AND CONCENTRATE ON AFGHANISTAN.

Here goes what i think.We went over there to help iraq not real sure what the plan was,but i think we should stay until the plan is a success(whatever that is)The last time we went over there we pulled out too early,and had to go back.Like i said i am not sure what the plan is ,but i think we need to finish whatever it is we started.Our troops are fighting for iraqs freedom! Meanwhile we keep losing ours!

I think we should bring them home also.

Its like Viet Nam the war is unwinnable!!!

I do agree its a war nobody can win! That is just the way of life out there! The first time we should've blown that area away!! Right now it should be nothing but sand!!!

It was a tactical mistake for us to go there to begin with. But if you study military tactics you will run across an ancient text by someone named Sun Tzu. One of the things he mentioned was controlling the tide of battle now known as initiative. If you retreat which is what pulling out of Iraq is you will leave us open to a counter strike, or atleast give the terrorists some breathing room. Retreating now would only furhter exacerbate an already delicate situation. And will most likely lead to more casualties than simply staying.

A tactical mistake. Regardless of what you think about reason or anythign else, how can you cay it was a tactical mistake to go?

look i understand going over after 9-11, that was a given. but why did we stop searching for osamas crew, and go after a dictator who had nothing to do with the situation, except the fact that he was sitting on a ****load of untapped oil. Im not saying that watching saddam get hung wasnt cool to watch on you tube, but lets finish on thing before we try to accomplish anothertroops are dying for a questionable cause meanwhile the right cause is still planning the destruction of the us

Have you ever seen the Iraqi Army Uniform? Prolly not...cuz we are over there killing people in flip flops,tank tops,and cowboy hats.

The Iraqi Army does have a uniform. Unfortunately we arent fighting the Iraqi army.

Unfortunately it's not possible for us just to up and leave Iraq. We have to finish what we started or else we will look even worse than we already do to all of the arabic nations. We went in to overthrow a dictator, we did, we now have to stabilize the country. If we leave before that happens it will look like we abandoned the citizens of Iraq.

We might as well put a bullseye on all of our major cities.

CNN is pretty one sided, its even worse on international CNN. Im sure CNN doesnt talk about oxygen everyday either, but its still there and we are still breathing it. If your basis for thought is not hearing about it on CNN then I think you need to expand your horizens just a bit.
