Why do so many people join Mingle then leave? What do you think we could improve as a community? Many come for a relationship and find themselves chatting on a forum for Months and years. It is a dating site plus Mingle and not a community where people actually meet in person. So it will stay the same.

Why do so many people join Mingle then leave? What do you think we could improve as a community? Many come for a relationship and find themselves chatting on a forum for Months and years. It is a dating site plus Mingle and not a community where people actually meet in person. So it will stay the same.
I like chatting
But sadly my social life suffers from malnutrition, very soon my doctor will have to put me on SL (social life) drip ...

Too many fake profiles, I think verifying age and location will help I propose that serious people have to show that they are real for example a system to allow people sharing them identity card by accepting the rpgd rule |

Verifying members sounds like a good idea, I kind of remember reading something about it on one of the help forums...
Although sharing id cards or anything else that uniquely identify you from a bunch of people, like passports, birth certificates and driving licences is definitely NOT a good idea... I don't even use/write my real name or date of birth online anymore because there's too many opportunists online looking for only one thing...

last week susie left within 24hours.. Couldn't even reply her message of hi.. after two days again a hi reflects by lucy.. same Blank profile same pranks happened Again 🤣🤣🤣 same problem This can only mean that some members like to deactivate their profile as opposed to simply logging out. |

I would become a paid member if I thought the site was useful.
You could at least offer a "verified" note by requiring a picture of you holding a sign showing your screen name to be verified. Another way is to provide an opportunity to have email notifications to your personal email when certain things happen on your mingle account. Another option is to delete members who have been inactive for an extended period of time. Another help would be when a scammer is reported, in addition to deleting their profile, add a block to that computer ID. So many ways to improve the site if only the owners were serious about making improvements!! |

Many people leave for different reasons as well many people join for different reasons. Sometimes join just for the test. Many people don't know why they are here... Some people are not serious for whatever. A lot of these who leave might be scammers. Some people not just don't leave message but also not join into community forum... Disappointing of the website is partial understandable.

What do you think we could improve as a community? Delete most all the forums. Ohhh I don't think that would be a positive move, besides how would we communicate or discover a person's personality for ourselves rather just reading the bumf everyone writes... Maybe the forums could be trimmed and threads older than maybe 12 months could be deleted, so you don't respond to a thread that is years old
I said Most all forums. Most good Paid dating sites have No forums to communicate but rather just by Personal messages. I prefer that. yet you join the forums... ironic |
