He never used the word "bedroom", just a separate room. There can be a mancave and a womancave, then a bedroom.

my wife and I were together 17 years before she passed, with no end in sight. For the first year, we couldn't sleep apart, the 2nd year we started recognizing a sense of "obligation" to sleep together, by the 17th year we barely ever slept together, she'd either hog space, or I'd snore. It had absolutely zero effect on our marriage, in fact, we were happier in the end than we were in the beginning, we knew each other, we respected space. |

Only for certain stuff,... indeed!
Especially for our cosmetics, toys, and tight jeans. So inconvenient when she "borrows" some of your good cologne too often. Or plays with your Lego and doesn't put it back. I have some Lego bits that are 30 years old and no longer available @ any price. |

i don't understand why people accuse me of sleeping around , especially when there is very little sleeping going on .
thankfully my last g/f got it and , since snoring was a huge ssue , we agreed on separate rooms ... the bedroom in her house and the other at my house .... worked just fine !!! thats living together .... apart !!' |

The only reason I see for that is if the men snores really loud.
Apart from that, if a man wants to sleep alone, even occasionally, he's not for me. I love going to sleep together and waking up together. True my dear snoring will keep me off |
