Fighting to stay awake these last 30 minutes of work. I'm still jet lagged and could not sleep much last night.

You don't have to explain of course, but you were on holiday, then only a few days back you said "I'm home". And now you're back at work? In the early hours of the morning while you teach? In any case, I hope you recover from the jetlag fast! I never liked going west as you then fall asleep early in the evening.

Mmm...I got home from Poland (back to KZ) in the wee hours of Sunday morning (probably got home around 3:00-4:00am), which was yesterday for me. Slept until 11:00, which is super late for me (I normally wake up around 5:00am). So when it was bedtime last night (Sunday night) I could not go to sleep until around 3:00am. Then I had to get up today at 6:00am for work, so only got 3 hours of sleep. Now I'm nodding off. I don't do well with jet lag, especially when I'm traveling several time zones (such as Kazakhstan to USA). It doesn't affect everyone, but it definitely affects me!

Ooohhhh, so you went East, back to Kazachstan? I thought you went back to the US, haha. I always get hit bad by jetlag as well. East I find easier as you don't fall asleep so early (early local time). I don't mind staying awake longer, haha. But I can imagine when you have to work it's less pleasant! Hope you'll settle back into the rhythm soon!

Wondering what in the world is planting red potatoes in the side yard. Found the second one. It is no bigger than a quarter. Love it!
