Is there a way to read the most recent comments first in a forum?

on the right it tell you the number of comments, and the number of pages.... clicking on the pages will take you to the recent comments..... IMHO

That's why I don't use the app it always takes me to the first comments

Go to your browser
Type in mingle 2 forums
Click on it
Sign in
Top left...3 white lines
Click on them
Scroll to bottom
If it says full site
Do nothing,
Go to forums and
Do what slim says

when I select a forum area such as general discussion...the next display is of the topics...each topic has a symbol of pages and a number in parenthesis...that number is the last page for that topic and is the page with the most recent comments..clicking on that page number takes me directly to that page...here is a copy of a topic in the general discussion forum...the words last page appear as a symbol, not words; however 20 is the last page for that topic...

Unless the app has been recently updated, no matter what I clicked it took me to there beginning of a topic and I have to click thru pages to get to the end which is why I don't use the app on my phone

I know this works for the pc app which is what I use...

most times i just select the topic I want to read and then hit the red reply button , and you go right to the last comment made .....then you can go read the last few comments made and hit previous page ..... basically going backwards in the pages !!!

hi Slim...thanks for the reminder...i also use the post reply button which definitely takes me to the last page and the most recent comments...then after reading I go elsewhere...
