Giving it up -going back to the yerba mate. Great tip for keeping your teeth white is coconut oil in your coffee -coats your teeth -good for them and you anyway -and tastes good

I drink two cups a day, in the morning with 1/2 teaspoon of sugar and a bit of irish cream liquor. Not Baileys, Baileys is too damn expensive. I use Ryans. Go with kirklands.... I actually bought a bottle of baileys when costco ran out, and found I liked the kirklands better
