If a man is having an affair and is married, He needs to stop the affair! Actually you never should have Started it! Get a divorce, you commented adultery. Marriage is not for everyone! Stay single! Imo I totally agree! Unfortunately I've -and still- come across a shocking amount of non-single men on dating sites, looking for a lover/sex/date/affair. The numbers are so high that as a woman you'd start considering switching sides. How can you trust a man anymore? I doubt any of the wives have the slightest inkling of their hubbies activities... I totally get where you’re coming from, but let’s be perfectly honest women are just as guilty. We, as women, only see the men on a dating site and I’m sure the men would confirm that the ladies are just as bad. My son experienced this very thing when he dated a woman who admitted she had children, but just conveniently left out there was a husband too even though she was not living with him. My son is still with her and they have a child together as well, but she is still married! |

They're together, she just isn't divorcing. You leave out the why. What is of concern is the different reasons for cheating. When asked, men say: - When my wife won't find out (!!!!!!) - when I'm drunk - when I'm certain it's just once. Indicating the intention to cheat is always there for men. Women when asked: - when the relationship is as good as over - when I'm looking for another partner. Indicating there normally isn't an intention to cheat. |

The woman is not my daughter in law as she is not married to my son, the reason she is not divorcing her husband has nothing to do with the thread. My point was, that women are as guilty as men for hiding their marital/relationship status. |

What's the point of being in a "committed relationship" if you feel the need to cheat?
I could never work that out. Does my emotions need to go to different places to be satisfied? If yes then I should not be in a monogamous committed relationship. If all my physical and emotional needs are being met then I should be satisfied. I suppose some people just need to experience the thrill of "strange." That's all I got. |

If you have high regard for respect, self-worth, and dignity, you will not cheat.
